- Creation of Quality & Food Safety Systems, for large London Catering Butcher, in order to achieve EFSIS accreditation.
- Creation of all supplier food product specifications for HM Prison Service, now in use in all 133 UK prisons.
- Full HACCP system for established chain of W1 Italian restaurants.
Full catering operational support for B G Leisure LTD - Full audit and report of catering operations for Yates Brothers Wine Lodges PLC
- Coordinating and training of new menu concept within Yates Wine lodges PLC
- Hygiene audits for large oil company.
- Full catering and operational management system for new pub and restaurant chain.

Paul Lake. Software Consultant
Paul is the principal developer of the Concept One software package. Paul has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry with both software houses and blue chip companies. He now works as Software Consultant with extensive knowlege of PC systems and databases.
